Do you think this is enough for a permabanned? I ended up carrying the game no biggie but did get perma banned and im pretty sure the zoe that reported me didnt. even tho she told me to kill my self etc.

Do you know why you got permananned? From a pattern of negativity and derailing games.

You took one mistake and let it tilt you completely out of Runeterra for the next 44 minutes. Constantly on people about what they should have done, pointing out all their mistakes over and over. Guess what you're not doing while you're doing that? You're not playing the damn game.

When you've gone through every stage of the punishment ladder and received a reform card that explicitly stated "Any continued negativity will result in a permanent suspension", yes.

While these logs weren't incredibly heinous, they're still problematic as you spent most of the game arguing and asking for reports. At this stage of the punishment ladder, Riot has already made it clear that this behavior isn't allowed and they're done giving you chances.
