I have absolutely no faith in the Report System or Riot if this player goes unpunished.

This player is Jinx ADC with Sona Support and dies a 2nd time at 5 minutes in. They type "open" "gg". Their 2nd death came after getting poked down to 80 health and proceeding to stay in lane under turret for an additonal 30 seconds (at least) until eventually getting "dove" by the Soraka. Then their 3rd death is them running directly into the middle of botlane where they allow the BF sword Tristana to jump at them and then proceeds to have an auto attack battle 1v1. This player had several deaths where they could have easily lived had they cared at all about the game at all but continuously ran down botlane by themselves and didn't immediately retreat upon seeing either their Tristana or Riven. Several times dying without using Summoner Spells. This player had 6 deaths by 10 minutes and actually managed to die twice between minutes 7 and 8. Absolute clear cut case of intentionally feeding if I've ever seen it and they made sure to not type anything toxic at any players. Completely winnable game if not for this player having such a soft ego that they throw an entire game for their team just because their lane didn't start as well as they would have liked. Wasted 30 minutes of our time and obviously lost us all LP.
