I have heard when you get reported for hate speech or verbal abuse, the AI will scan your chat and if you said some word that is in Riot's bad word list, you will get banned. This is the proof (https://prnt.sc/hgijvk)
But what if i flame people without using those word and get reported. Will I still get banned?
You can still get punished without using zero tolerance chat. And yes, you can get banned for flaming. So don't do it.
There are two parts to the automated verbal detection system;
Zero Tolerance system
A word search and scans for super bad words; such as hate speech, and encouragement of self harm
you'll get instant 14-day banned when you use them.
Machine Learning system
Scans your whole chatlog for any toxicity, it understands if you were using chat in a harassment / insulting fashion. It gives you a toxicity score at the end of the review, and that score is accumulated in your behavioral history. If you pass a certain accumulated toxicity score
you'll get punished starting with chat restrictions and escalating to 14-day bans and permabans every time you get punished.
it's possible to get a toxicity score of 0 if the review found no toxicity.
