I've seen people go from 10 game chat restriction to permanent suspension over mild words

yet people who use extreme hatespeech like saying the N word or F homophobia get chat restricted I think riot should stop having double standards and giving people passes for stuff. either be flat about stuff or don't bother at all. you can't give hatespeech chat restrictions sometimes and others sometimes hard bans it has to be consistent and we all know how psycho people have become over getting their feelings hurt that they go haywire over anything. Riot needs to bring back a system where it has more human input and not just any human input because most of you lot can't be trusted and we know. but Human input in a rightful manner. Where people do not get off with a slap and others get executed where both parties engaged in bull gets punished.

I have yet to see a case where someone went from chat restriction to perma-ban. It's fairly common knowledge that extremely poor behavior (or zero tolerance stuff) can skip punishments but the only skip I've seen is skipping to the 14-day ban.

I have not seen a punishment skip go over the 14-day ban.

Riot thinks its okay to give the same punishments to the dude using hatespeech and the dude criticising his teammates mistakes. They just label both with their flimsy, generic redefinition of the word "toxic" and call it a day. They don't want to spend thought or money on fixing the system and the thoughtful and kind mods on this board think riot can do no wrong and just go with it.
