Hextech crafting, you get nothing after chat restrictions

My friend had some chat restrictions, in this period he didn't get any keys or boxes, this is what I understand. But what I don't understand is that he still gets nothing after his restrictions. As you all know, some games can be prety hard toxic.

He wants to improve his attidude but he still gets punished by not getting any hextech crafting rewards. How is this supposed to help improve his attidude ? He actually gets double punished by this, and I think this is wrong.

If you want players to improve their attidude, stop punish them for something they want to improve. Don't let them be followed by the past, I don't think that would work..

Is their any information how long this chat restriction will follow him ?

let me ask you a question.

when you come to this board dont you like at least read the titles of the last 5 threads? and if you do dont you think like "hm... out of 5 threads 3 already talk about being banned from hextech crafting. maybe i should read them and not make a whole new thread that says the same as the other 3"

or do you just come to the boards and say "fuck it i dont even care if others already talked about this im gonna make a new thread because typing for 3min is way cooler than just reading for 30 sec to know whats going on! not to mention it could be like 2 hours until someone gives me a helpful answer!"

please answer me Die2Born. its really something i want to know right now.
