unfair ban IMO unsure if anything can be done

A few months have passed and i went to revisit a perma-banned account, looking back at the text i just do not agree with it the decision was made from 1 game , I was not being toxic i was not flaming anyone and i was not inting i was just having a bad game in what was already a bad game because we had a 4v5 our top lane left and was never apart of the game. but this is acceptable ? I am not sure if anything can be done, i have been in trouble in the past and i deserved the repercussions, but this does not seem right and everything is audited by bots so it feels like it may not even matter.

any advice, help or anything at all please let me know

PS i have no idea how to load the game but it will support what i am saying
