If someone says anything along the lines of "kys" "dogshit worthless subhumans" "how are your lives worth anything" they are perfectly fine. Riot won't ban them!

If someone finds a way to contact you outside the game Riot won't do anything about them!

Also if you threaten to dox someone it's fine too. In fact if you're the person that's being threatened and they actually do dox you. You might as well sit back and accept it because Riot won't give 2 shits. (^.^)

I don't care if someone opens a ticket pissed off as all hell. If you see that a player is saying that another player said some shit like this you sure as hell don't respond with "Because of the nonconstructive nature of your ticket, I will have to close it out. We are always happy to help, but we will ask that you be constructive for us to do so." Even if that player is the biggest dickhead in the world allegations like this should be taken seriously not pushed off because your feelings are hurt.

Fact is Riot could ban players like this permanently however, they choose not to because they are nothing more than a money hungry company.

So, Riot will you delete this post or actually do something about this bullshit? (^.^)

Only reason it would be deleted would be due to the Rant like nature. However, if you are actually looking to discuss this, you should be fine.

To start with. You are flat out incorrect in many of your statements. You examples are punishable and have been punished before. Check the forums and you will find cases of people banned for saying "kys". The others may not be zero tolerance, but would still contribute to a punishment.

If your ticket got closed, it is more likely you either were spamming the system or foaming at the mouth incoherently. If you reported in the post game lobby, you don't even need to go to submit a ticket.

delaine the system work i often have to deal with players that say those thing and i usually get a memo in the next 24 hours so system work not perfectly but it work

I'm pretty sure if people can get banned for being slightly condescending in a few thousand ranked matches, then anything you mentioned there is equally punishable, and likely in even fewer matches.

What the person said to you is not okay and I'm actually appalled he's willing to go out of his way to contact you through other websites. Since you said he makes new accounts after you block them, is it possible that you can make a whole new account altogether and privatize your discord groups? Instead of reporting him to Riot you should report him to discord's support and have them deal with it since this is happening on discord's grounds and not Riot's anymore. For the part of him telling you to die (in game), I would actually reopen the ticket, apologize, and have a new agent take a look at it and see if they do anything for you. But please be nice and don't insult them because they're trying to work with you. Think of it as customer service. They will most likely to help you if you were either friendly or at least polite. Don't degrade them. Happened to me a month ago with an old Ekko on my team. My goodness he was absolutely crazy and made violent threats in game. I reported it, nothing happened. He did it to someone else in another game of his, and I'm thinking he got 14'd or perma'd. Actually happened to me today too, had a Pyke telling us none of us deserve to live and wished our Shyvana drowned in her own pool of blood! ...And so far nothing happened yet.

I got called autistic and r%%%%%ed in game. I am autistic and lots of people bully me and call me r%%%%%.
I reported these players and there was no response about what happened.
