Shiba Bunny - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

Hi guys, I'm desperate for help here. My very close friend who I have been playing League with for seasons tried to log on her account last Thursday and received the permanently suspended notice. She has been playing League on her personal account since S3. She is just like any of us who love this game. She spent hours and hours playing this game, and League is the only game she ever kept playing till these days. She also owns about 200+ skins on her account. It is really unfortunate that this happened to her. She is still in shock and has no idea what is going on. There is not much she can do but to submit a support ticket. However, the response she received did not make much sense.

In the email, the support team stated that they have detected a third-party software which violates the TOS. I can assure you guys that my friend has never used anything like a third-party software which may violate the TOS. She is just a normal girl who enjoys gaming with friends. She is not anywhere near high elo, and her match history does not show any kind of boost either. We don't know what to do so we came here for help. My friend has not been able to play for days now, and it is killing her seeing Riot take her account away from her for something she did not do. I'd really hope that Riot would listen to us and give her account back! Thanks!

Can't really help your friend, they will have to deal with support. With these types of bans they are rarely wrong. I'm a little curious how she never played Fizz Seasons 4 through 7, but all of a sudden is 7-0 with a 4.25 kda in S8.

Can't help you here. Nor can anyone else. If the Support Teams says she used a 3rd party program then she used a 3rd party program. Regardless of your or his claim.

Good luck on her next account.

Considering her majorly played champs were like Zyra, Janna and had lower winrates and then you see things like FIzz/Kassadin with perfect winrates. That says things like someone else had been playing, third-party software was used, ect.

Was the third party software something like a custom skins program (If they still even work)? A riot employee told me those sometime trigger the system

Here at riot games you are guilty until proven innocent or... still guilty anyway, sorry for what happened.

Terms of service states that your account doesn't even belong to you in the first place, meaning riot can take it at will.

Goodluck though, surely they wont wrongfully keep someone banned if they are spending money on the game, so if you do end up gaining the morale high ground against them and your friend is innocent it should go well...

But to get that point, if you are both telling the truth, I suggest you make an explosion of rants about this, go to reddit, other forms of social media, go to everything, get this news out. (provided that support tickets don't work)'

And to those downvoting me and the op, you clearly are counterproductive and rely on prejudice, or simply doing whatever you can to ensure someone else loses something. Shame on you.

Surprised that this wasn’t mentioned yet: simple account sharing results in bans with this message. Doesn’t matter if it wasn’t done for boosting purposes or similar.
