How many warning do you get before you get permabanned?

So I was recently banned for being a toxic little poop in ONE DAY in a matter of 3 games of me being a salty little bleep word. The strange part though is that I only got 1 warning then I got hit with a massive perm ban. So my question is how many warning should you get because I think its kind of crazy to buy so many products from this game to only get 1 warning them a perm ban. Pls give me an answer :/

(P.S. I have never gotten a chat ban once)

Normally, accounts go through 3 steps before the final 4th: permaban. However you account can get escalated from usage of hate speech, calls to self harm, or extreme toxicity.

Post your chat logs and myself or another arbiter can inform you what caused it.

If you regularly use language that's blocked by % signs on the boards, it is possible to get permanently banned with only one warning. It's exceedingly rare but possible to get permabanned for that language with no warnings.

That kind of language is utterly unacceptable and it's common sense to know you shouldn't use hateful derogatory language towards strangers on the internet.

I have the same issue but I never got a 2nd 14-day ban and I didn't get 3 chat logs like you are supposed to, also I the worse thing I said was "kys" and soon literally right after I said "Keep yourself Safe" they can't what those 3 letters mean. And in the 2nd chat log, it didn't even say anything bad. I don't get it the other thing that I said that can be looked as offensive was I said "urt" and the enemy team kept mocking me like they where in the 1st grade and said the same thing back to me yet they didn't get punished. "urt"= u r trash. EDIT: Oh and my chat logs weren't even close to the guys who originally posted this It just makes no sense I didn't say anything that can get me a Permanent ban whatsoever. Here are my logs tell me what you think.

Do you have your chat logs? Additionally, was your previous punishment a 14-day ban?

Certain behaviors and certain language usage can earn escalated punishments, and it's possible that you had some of those in your chat log (especially given that you have one in the opening post here).

Mate I got a 2 week ban for saying "kys jk xd" and then someone on the other team said "say that again" and therefore I said "kys kys kys" I didn't know at the time you could get banned for saying kys even when the guy told you to.

no warnings... you agreed to TOS , there typically is a tier of punishment 10 game chat , 25 game chat , 14 day ban, and perma
