2018 End of Season Rewards and Honor

I've done exactly what it said to do. Played 4 games a week, was on my best behavior for the past 2 or so months, and today is the final day and I am at the very last checkpoint before Honor Level 2. (Which I earned just over two weeks ago.)

I've submitted two tickets with questions regarding this, and one vanished, leaving me with an empty support ticket #, and the most recent one was sent this morning, so they might not have had time to get to it yet. I'm just anxious. Because I really feel like I've been doing so much better and want my ranked rewards.

I'm only posting because I haven't seen ANYTHING anywhere regarding this.

Many players have gotten back to honor two which were affected by this. If you do not reach honor two by the end of today, it is because your behavior was not improved enough over enough games to regain that honor.

Riot cannot manually edit your honor and will not except you from the policy - which is itself already an exception given to players who behaved better over the past 3ish months.
