Ban Appeal - I don't think this is justified

I was recently permanently banned without ever receiving a ban on this account. I've had this account for more than 6 months and towards the end of last week I logged into my account and was surprised to see that I was banned permanently. The in-client reform card displayed no chat logs so this made me really puzzled and conflicted. The reform card just told me to approach Riot Support for some answers. As I continued to get for help, I was told that I was punished for toxicity (lol), but that still did not answer why it did not just escalate to a 2-week ban if it was so extreme (keep in mind, this account has never been banned). The response also added that the reason they escalated the punishment to a permanent ban was that the account was created with the intention of ruining games for others and as a "throwaway" account. Hearing this literally made me go wtf. I have taken the time to level this account up to level 74, reached diamond 4 in the preseason. spent more than 100$ and to hear that they PERMANENTLY banned me for this just felt illogical and just completely skewed. I have linked my op.gg to show the games that I have played and to show the win-rates for my account that help support that I did not create this account to ruin games for others. I literally have games where I go 20-0, 23-2, etc. I know for a fact, that making this account, it was not with the intention to ruin games for others, and because of this, I believe that his ban was unjustified.
