how to RE-REport someone?

is there a way to I guess... RE-REPORT someone. I reported a person for being absolutely rude when I said I was going to go into silver ranked if I win this game. yes I know im bronze HAHA lol. but anyway he proceeded to tell me to not play my champ im garbage and all that. he threw the game on purpose and then said I sucked when he was my support just watching me from the tower. I reported him for that then he said even worse things after the fact that I reported him. wishing my family get cancer and die and all that. so is there a way to re report someone?
