Teammate is toxic throughout game then DC's even though we're winning

Had a mid laner talk shit, despite the fact that we were winning, any time they died. We had a slight lead and were on track to win. They were even playing well, but so tilted for some reason. Then they DC and we proceed to lose. It was ranked. They were reported, but their behavior was incredibly toxic.

I really have a hard time understanding what is going on with people like these Even though everything is fine, they still find something to get pissed off about, somehow. I'll just assume that they problems other than the game, causing them to get tilted into oblivion.
