I got banned because some chogath and kayle decided to troll and greif i think thats so stupid when i get punished because some player decides to throw the game for other people regardless, people like that deserve to be flamed or suspended and because Riots system is so unfair nobody ever does i just think thats retarded.IM not saying ill never flame again because everyone does it personally ive seen Death threats when i play league and those peoiple never get banned.Im just saying I think i deserve an unbann because people in the league community get away with much worse.

No, you were banned for your behavior. You had 3 penalties before the permanent ban. Additionally, your last 6 games were taken into account for your perma-ban, so it wasn't anything to do with a Chogath and a Kayle.

Permanent bans are permanent, unless the ban was done in error. This one was not. If you disagree with me, you are welcome to post the chat logs that were provided in your reform card.

The type of behavior you exhibit in game has no place in League of Legends.

I believe that if you flame and go out of your way to add someone only to flame them some more then yes you deserve the ban, im sick of people flaming me for dumb stuff. for example we are at dragon cause yas pinged it 5 times, and there was a ward probable cause a 3vdragon turned into a 5v3vdragon I got focused and died then adc died then yas died after all of that they take dragon and he flamed me for not smiting it and continued to flame me after I muted him the enemies told me that I am a noob and yas right so im getting flamed by everyone for no reason

smite had 800 damage on it dragon had 2000 hp when I died I think its bs and flammers deserve to be banned

I think you are right. I got 2 bans so far. I think I am right too. I deserve to get unbanned too. Since flame is actually not a reason for (permanent) ban. I am currently making a MOBA and the Penalty for flame is much more light:

**Competitive:**

Each 10 negative votes for Disruptive Behaviour - Global Chat Muted for the next 24 hours (each further: +12h.)
Each 10 negative votes for Team Harassment - Restriction of Voice Chat in Team; Stronger language filter - won't even post the message, if it contains a part of an insult word. Lasts for 4 hours,
Each 3 negative votes for Massive Suicidal - Low-Priority for the next 10 games (+30% queue time; unable for compet. mode)
Each 3 negative votes for Hacking - permanent ban (must be proved, before ban, sometimes even 1 is enough)

Classic:

Each 15 negative votes for Disruptive Behaviour - Global Chat Muted for the next 2 hours (each further: +1h.)
Each 15 negative votes for Team Harassment - Restriction of Voice Chat in Team for 5 hours.
Each 5 negative votes for Massive Suicidal - Low-Priority for the next 3 games (+30% queue time; unable for compet. mode)
Each 5 negative votes for Hacking - Reset account to level 1 but with no content removal / Pause Battle Pass for 1 month (if permanent) or remove it (if timed).

For me League of Legends is not a MOBA. Not even a game. A stupid not interesting mania. DotA2 is at least harder and the punishments are more core-based. While Riot fly in space. Also they ban feeders. Yes that is ok, but why ban.
