The starred out words are considered hate speech by the system. It's either racism or homophobia, which is not cool to use in a normal social setting but definitely not acceptable on League. You can say things like "fuck man I'm garbage" or things of that caliber, but under no circumstance is homophobia or racism acceptable on League.
