Can i work for riot if one of my accounts has had multiple 14 day bans?

Not this account, but my main account would be at least 7 years old now and has been through many phases of my life, which resulted in a few (very fair) 7 and 14 day bans. In the next couple of years I will complete a relevant degree and would like to apply for a job with Riot, would they look at my ban history? I would like to use my main because, you know, it's my main (also no 5 year old weeb name like this one). Would I be better off playing while reformed on my main, or starting a new account/changing username on one of my accounts and applying with that account (I assume a league of legends account is something you tell Riot about when you want to work for them).

To my knowledge behavior in game is a factor in working for Riot. That being said, if it was long ago and you've shown legitimate reform, I doubt they'll care about things from years ago.

They don't have to know about account x. tell them about account y. Also don't troll and don't flame and you should be fine. You won't get banned. Also no cheating. It's borring for both parties involved. One side has to play black and white simulator and the other is like a cyborg with his emotions turned dwon to 2% and more like a spectator. If you found a bug sure you can abuse it for a week but that's it. Perfect champion for thatMordekaiser . He even had a bug whe4e if you kill ekko wi5h his ult, the ghost will ult to the enemy base and kill those who back. It was like a base ult script but not a script but a bug. M not saying do that. If you made it to high elo by doing that and find out, I will hold that over your head.
