"I'm sure I have done it before and I deserve that punishment"

Sure, in theory. But there's no good way to differentiate rage-quitters and trolls from people with tech problems.

I had my block lose power during a light rainstorm several weeks back while I was in a ranked match. I feel bad for my teammates, sure, but should I really get utterly fucked by Riot for it? I would never intentionally leave a game and I always play with the reasonable expectation of a good internet connection, this was a freak occurrence.
