hey, I recently got perma banned and lost my account, I made a new one and im pretty much reformed so im just wondering if I could any way add my like league of legends friends back on my new acc because I dont have their discords or anything, help would be greatly appriciated
No, you do not get access to your account or any information on it when it's permanently banned. You should've thought of that before you got yourself permanently banned.

You might be able to access them through the League+ app on mobile.
You have no way to contact your friends other than on a video game? Are you sure theyre your friends? ;)
