Gift skin not received

My friend gifted me two skins yesterday and I didn't receive any of them. He lost RP but I didn't get the skin. Is this an error? His ID is Mezokiller67. *I some how received the chest he gifted to me but not the skins. *he asked me if it is due to the 14 days ban on his account

Is there a way to solve this issue?

This is not a Player Behavior issue. You and your friend should submit a support ticket to get it fixed.

We did submit a ticket, but we haven't receive any response.
