How do warnings for leaving a game work? My WiFi has been having issues (mostly due to stormy weather in the area) and twice now it’s cut out during a game. I just got a warning from riot. What happens if I get another? Will my account be banned? If so how long should I wait before playing again? (I’ve bought several skins and really don’t want to lose them)

There are people who have been banned before for being a chronic rage quitter, but that doesn't sound to be your scenario. So you should be fine.

For a ban ,,, well it needs to happend a lot ,, tho if its just from times to times ,,, you should be fine,, because after a great while , if you go without leaving games it will rest :'p
(do wait for the storm to pass and for the net to be normal again,,, thats what i do sometimes.i even didnt play one week cause of bad internet :D )
You will most likely get a queue timer, depending on how many times you DCed, to get banned, you would have to do this consistently for a very long time.
On the other hand, why would you play multiplayer online games, when you know that your Wifi is unreliable?
