Leaverbuster? Longer/Buggy Queues? PVP.net disconnections?

As of the last few days, I've noticed an increasing trend of technical errors happening with the native LoLClient when I try to join a game. As of recently, the most prevalent one has been PVP.net disconnecting while in queue to join a game, not being able to connect to the game at all without restarting the entire client (It's not my connection because everything outside of League continues to work seamlessly), or disconnecting in the middle of a game and not being able to reconnect without restarting the client.

To top it off, now that this has happened 3-4 times to put me back into a low priority queue timer, I'm dropped into yet another queue that exceeds 20 minutes.

Does anyone have any insight as to what has been going on? Any suggestions?
