wtf riot plz help

Can u guys make it so u only lose lp and get a timer when u dodge a game in a row more than once i know there are some people who do it on purpose but you shouldnt be punished when your league crashed. People continue to play the game even if they have a problem with it crashing sometimes so u should be happy that they continue not just punish actions out of someones control.
