@Riot please address this I am just asking for clarification

Hello Riot, I know you have a lot of requests to unban accounts, and that's not what this is, I do not have an account ban I have a chat ban which is fine I don't want it unban I just want an explanation what I said that is considered toxic, and I'm confused as to why, if I was toxic I own it and will gladly submit to the ban.

I got a chat ban for trying to explain to a player how them stealing farm from our adc (not me) when our adc asked them nicely was considered griefing, the enemy team was asking us what was going on so I let them know that our Vayne and Sona were being toxic to each other and trolling each other, (as our vayne ran in inting for a while till she started trying to get kills so as not to get detected, then ran mid taking our midlaners farm after sona would not stop aaing and stealing farm.) I didn't cuss at them, I didn't call them bad, I asked them nicely to stop and just try and play the game while talking with the other team about what was going on.

So riot this is the third time this has happened, and each ban has only been over one game not multiple games like most reform cards. Why am I getting chat bans when I don't cuss at the players, don't call them bad in any fashion, try to help them and give them advice like on item builds, warding or mias, I don't tell them to kys or anything like that. At worst I try to explain to them why an item is good like thornmail in to an all ad team while they tell me stfu and kys. If I am chat ban because I continue to try and give them advice and work together like a team after they tell me to stfu then I understand. Also why are they not ban for telling me to kys, cussing me out, telling me to stfu, inting, or trolling my jungle?

I just want clarification as to if explaining things to players in a factual non offensive matter after they say stfu is considered toxic behavior so I can avoid it in the future. Also why am I not getting emails with my reform card, why can't I copy and paste it from client to here so that I can show you exactly what was said and why is no one replying to my ticket on this subject.

Sorry for the long winded post Riot but I really just want clarification.
