Support Ticket

I am trying to log a complaint against RIOT and cannot get access to a support ticket. I have tried their links and have failed to resolve to anything useful.

Can anyone assist?

This is a blank screen. I'd like to submit a formal complaint to the FCC and BBB.

It should be an easy access item to log a ticket with LOL Support.

Thanks,

It could help to use incognito mode, or log out from the forums, then log in only on the support site.

Submitting a formal complaint to the FCC or the BBB should be done on their respective websites.

FCC has nothing to do with Riot as Riot is not a telecommunications service.

BBB will certainly forward your complaint to Riot but there is no guarantee they'll respond that way.

Why don't you start by telling us what your problem that needs resolution is and what steps, if any, you've taken to resolve it, and a screenshot of the problem you're having with the support site?

Log out from the forums, clear cache and cookies from your browser. Log in using incognito mode. You should now be able to freely use the support page.

If you don't know how to use incognito mode, Google it.

These comments are quite interesting. I do honestly appreciate the quick responses. However saying to use Incognito Mode or "google it" is quite disrespectful. I honestly hope you have no affiliation with the company themselves.

The problem is quite simple - I was flamed for picking an MF support. A game we ultimately wound up winning (might I say my KDA was more than impressive). However one of the flamers, Xerath to be exact, said this statement "enjoy the 10 day chat restriction". Again I was flamed - even responding to such is a result of being chat restrictied. None-the-less this should also occur to the person who was flaming (based on what the conduct says).

The interesting part is that I received a notification that over 66% of my honors were for GG. The very next game from the flamerin question, resulted in a chat restriction. This implies that an employee of the company abused their power. Unless of course you can show me that they restricted themselves (after FLAMING ME) btw.

Please feel free to request information as I'll gladly give the UN.

I'd like to confirm 2 things:

  • THE Un is associated with an employee of the company
  • they abused their power unless receiving the same punishment (for flaming INITIALLY which is obvious from replay).

Thanks,

To my original statement - HOW TO LOG A CASE WITH THIS SUPPORT? actual support? a representative from RIOT.
