Fixing Tribunal, Report stacking & implementing something other than Punishment For Dodging

Hi, so i don't really know how to put this so i'm gonna try and be light n sweet without being too toxic about it. i don't want to tell you how to run your game, i'm positive you guys work very hard otherwise i wouldn't enjoy aspects of this game that i do. That being said i wish there were more things to help players become better community players rather than the salt fest i walk into that is league. Nothing gets my salt going more than being in a series ready to push my last win and queing up with a jungle teemo, only to ask if hes serious being not getting a response and taking my initiative to ban the teemo. where some people would call this a bad move my teammates thanked me. looking like the bad guy i didn't want to be i expressed the fact i just wanted to win with him and apologized for banning his unrealistic choice. come his pick he throws a jhin and i dodge. my second series game lost. On the note of counting a dodge as a loss. UM. Third series match. i wanna play, i wanna win and the kalista win streak is real. im in a decent mindset and everything's working. find a group of two and we are ready to win. I Que up and run into lag issue. while i know this is partially my fault for having a somewhat flaky internet i still don't see a point to punishing someone for wasting literally about 2 more minutes in q. My suggestion? give it a wait time that isn't stacking up to 40 minutes because what player will be happy about not playing your game for 40 minutes...

UPDATED so on the note of saltyness. I just climbed back up to bronze 1 with 0 lp and right away 2 losses because of bad team comps, Knowing that ill have a long leave buster & Knowing that i could lose lp i dodged only to get -10 lp. 1 more shot at staying in bronze 1 and i have 1 more dodge.. needless to say im over the fact that this is happening day in and day out. i just want to play the damm game without any problems?

btw thank you to anyone at riot for reading i know this is alil much. & about the whole tribunal and report stacking. My cousin recently joined put money into and started really enjoying your game. I personally didnt think he would be the type of person to flame out people for doing the wrong thing or getting on his case but it ended up happening & i shouldve showed him the summoner code before letting him play because i dont even know it and ive been reported but i know that people who just wanna play and do well sometimes get mad when it doesnt go their way. His ign was shadowchild5. im sure if theres somekind of record that can be seen about his ban than maybe we could talk about it? Anyway thanks a bunch riot. love your game even though it sometimes erks me. keep up the stellar work.
