I admit I have done a tiny trolling thing as gnar lately but I wouldn't int...my problem is this lux that gave me shit as I was ekko doing my job jg. After she blaintently told me she understands my pain, and I felt uncomfortable instictively about ganking while she was low health because i tend to back alot when i see two half or more full hp bars in a botlane, and don't want to feed, I get yelled at by her ...and her kai'sa is staring and watching it happen but is also wondering why lux is being toxic...How does one get chatbanned for that game ...the first game I can understand but that lux in the second game? why me? how is that fair? choose another game that isnt me being fucking shat on the entire time as a jg...At least choose another game than that one...that just shows incompetence...

So because someone made you mad you felt it was okay to lash out rather than mute them? Sorry but other people behaving poorly doesn't excuse your own. "they started it/were worse" doesn't work here as everyone is responsible for their behavior. Also, Reform Cards only show you 1-3 recent game as examples of the kind of behavior that got you punished. I get that it's annoying to have others harp on you for every little thing but flaming or trolling them back isn't an acceptable response-you're better than that. You already admit that you deserved to be punished for trolling (which side note: you're lucky it wasn't a 2-week ban), but somehow being punished for retaliation=unfair? Sorry but no.

In the future don't troll and don't retaliate: basically don't do things that you know will just tick other people off. The punishment is fair as you contributed to creating a negative experience for the other players on your team.

It is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some shit as well. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

We cant really pinpoint why without chat logs. But if you insulted her, thats against the rules, just so you know. There are no stipulations that allow you to break the rules. So it doesnt matter what anyone else did. Only you are held responsible for your words and actions. Also Kei does a good job of breaking down how one person can be punished while another person is not, even though they both broke the rules.
