remake if someone dc for 10-15 minutes mid game

remake is a gods gift from riot but it doesnt fully avoid dc and afk, because after the 3 minute mark and someone dc for the whole game your screwed and thats what just happened to me. if someone dc or afk for longer than 10 to 15 minutes a remake should be allowed because its not fair
