RESPECT SUMMONER CODE (offensive language)

Nowadays none respects the code and that has as a reasult players mostly low division to have an offensive attitude . Last game (aram) one player said very offensive things about me and my family . I didnt know where to report this becouse reporting system doesnt work and the reason is in every game someone reports someone else for no specific reason. I recomend to reduce the report for no reason ; When you report someone there should be a message saying "if this report is for no reason i accept i should get the punishment" or something like that so the summoners will take it more seriously.

Threatening players with punishment if their report isn't accurate would only dissuade people from reporting negative behavior. It's better to let them decide what should be reported, and just lower their report value is they consistently report for no reason. I've never actually heard of it happening, but you can be punished for heavily abusing reports.
