Permabanned for a couple of bad words = death penalty for littering

OK so I just got permabanned (this is my first ban as far as I can remember they didn't punish me before) They gave 3 game chat logs as the reason and said that I'm in the 0.006% of toxic players out there which is definitely not the case, I've seen toxic and this doesn't come close in 95% of the cases I was just commenting on the game, saying good job, that champ is op and stuff and only a few of the comments went towards other players, some were just said jokingly btw So how is this fair? to permaban a player the first time you punish him over basically nothing? I've played on EUNE as well (btw a ban wasn't why I moved) and there players were saying heinous stuff to each other all the time without worrying about a serious ban. I got tilted there also and I said way worse stuff than here (hey, everyone gets mad once in a while), but only got a chat ban and a 1 day ban. What the hell is going on on EUW? I guess that guy who said one of the reasons not to play LoL are petty permabans was right, I just got one

Have you received a 14-day ban before this perma-ban?

With rare exceptions, perma-bans are only issued to players that have been punished before and broke the rules again after their previous punishment.

And equating the death penalty to getting an account banned in a F2P video game is silly.

If you did not receive any punishments before (that includes a 25-game chat restriction), send a ticket in to Player Support for your region. Something weird may be going on. You should not receive a permanent ban as a first punishment save in the most egregious of cases.

They will also be able to let you know if you had previous bans, although if you moved your account across regions the punishments would have stuck with it.

Great analogy! Losing your life is totally equivalent to having an account banned on a fucking online video game! Theyre so alike!

It is highly unlikely you got a permaban as a first offense for a verbal case. Either you have gone through the cycle of punishments. 2 chat restrictions(possible to skip), 14 day ban, and then perm. The only cases they usually immediately perma involve death threats and etc.

Show us your chatlogs and then the boards will be able to judge

the support ticket says they don't give second chances so how can I even say I want them to give me back my account? it says they restore accounts only if there was a "clear error" but there wasn't I did say a couple of bad words but they didn't just make a mistake, they wanted to permaban me for that

If you really want to use littering an an analogy, then you've been tossing out stuff so often that you've filled a whole beach with garbage.
