chat restriction
how do you get a chat resctriction when you mute all the players before game starts... let me know this pls.... This proves riot doesnt look at anything when reports are sent in...

When you mute others, you can't see what they type. But they can see what you type. So muting them doesn't mean that you can type anything you want.
Did you type anything into the chat? Even if you mute everyone, they can still see what you say in chat. Muting just prevents you from seeing what they say, not the other way around. So you can still be punished for what you say in chat even if you mute everyone.
did you say anything in champselect or aftergame chat? counts aswell.
also chatlogs?
