how to report in draft pick

this is my first post in the fourm from 3 years cuz i cant accept this any more I joined draft pick game and the system but me in top lane and i pick top laner then the jungle he pick irelia and he take tp and he refuse to go jungle and he come to top lane and he give fiora 4 kills and then he just left the top lane so how i must report him i join a game to have fun not to be sad for 35 mints and ungry her is screen shoot and i will stay in overview untill someone tell me how to report him pic:

Firstly, lets have you remove the screen shot, its against the boards to name and shame.

You can report them with "unsportsmanlike conduct" and put in the message what happened.

If you have already moved out of the post game screen, you can report them through support.riotgames.com -> general account question or something like that.

The best way is still the post game screen.
