What am I supposed to do?

So, I finally get to play my first ranked game in season 9. I have a 12 week old son, so my time has been limited. I get in to champ select and our adc starts spamming a twitch channel. Mid hovers Yasuo and adc bans Yasuo. He then proceeds to say we care about elo more than him. Mid locks ghost/cleanse Janna and adc locks Teemo. Now I'm stuck. Do I dodge and get dinged for leaving queue or do I let the game load where I'm forced to get trolled by players until we finally lose? This is so infuriating. Please, Riot, help me understand what my best course of action is in these moments.

You play the game, and if they actually troll you report them - those sorts of behaviors are virtually guaranteed to be a ban (the Janna, the teemo is a viable adc pick even if it's off meta).

Hey, I think we have met the same ADC troll, spams Twitch, bans mid, locks in Teemo.

We still won. He tried to be yordle ward a few times and watch us fight and die while he stood there, but on more than one occasion he just couldn't resist taking a break from his yordle ward duty and auto some juicy targets in the name of "stealing the kill" I reckon. He did go full idle after it started to look like we were turning the tide, but it was too late.

The opponent couldn't recover from their mistakes, and the 4.25 v 5 was complete.

I'll play the game and if they troll, I'll report them.

That 1 game loss can be made up relatively easily.

You get one dodge a day where you lose like 5LP and get a five minute timer. If it's that bad, use it. Just be sure that it's bad enough (like the game you described). Two dodges a day is doable to save LP, anything other than that will cause massive wait times and cost more LP than an actual loss. Just depends on the situation.

Nothing you can do. Just don't be like me and flame them to the point that you get the 14 day ban and not them.

i think you have to call their bluff. teemo bot is not that bad and chances are janna is just trying to make someone dodge so he wont have to. if you stay in he will probably dodge at the last second.

if not, do your best and have fun. report afterwards if it is deserved.
