Is this worthy of a permanent ban? Even though my 14 day ban was 6+ months ago.

deserved also what does the title mean?

if you see a really fat guy in a restaurant and you state the obvious fact that is a fatty, it still counts as harassment

Their system is slow dude, it has a higher chance of someone blowing off steam than an actual troll trying to lose, if they don't talk the chances of them being banned go down so much...I'd personally would rather have a toxic person who is TRYING to win then some troll who picks trundle and blocks recalls/pathings, or straight up soft core inting

have you submitted a ticket to support? your not really being that negative it doesnt look like anything that you should be banned for in all honesty.
