I just create discussion for admin which ban me permanent for no reason and the discussion was deleted. I report for my problem in riotgames support and the case is open but redacted (i don't know what this mean but i didn't redacted anything)... why?

You better hope all that stuff is redacted. That's the information they use to determine who actually owns the account.

This is the sort of thing you need to continue to pursue with Player Support. No one on the boards can assist you.
