@Riot Int Gamers and plans to deal with them

To whom it may concern.

What are some insights, development, or plans with identifying, recognizing, and/or punishing trolls in your game. I used to spend plenty of money on the game, but over the years, and offically once the boxes came out i saw no reason to drop money into the game. I feel LeaverBuster is not enough in its punishment for afk/dodge. And the usual report system never seems to work well enough for how the game deserves to be handled, I plainly think the system currently in place doesn't seem to work well enough, or has no impact for anything other then toxic speech. After all the years the game has existed, the more the player base has expanded, the less care that has seemed to gone into it. Is there any chance/future of adding back a human touch like Tribunal, or something better than it? Are there going to be more rewards like Judgement Kayle ever again?
