There should be a way to report this kind of behavior in game, because this is not ok.

I am really hoping someone with the power to take action sees this. This player clearly announced his plan and I had to dodge at the 1 second mark to prevent me and 3 other players from being launched into a shit show.

This kind of behavior should be reportable in game instead of having to suffer 20 minutes of game time just to be able to report.

I hope someone at RIOT can see this and take action. I really dont want to have those kind of payers on my teams AND the enemy teams as well. Makes for a very unfun experience.

Instead of posting and hoping a Red sees it, it may be better to submit a ticket.

I think you have this censoring names backward. There's a no name and shame rule on the board. You should redo that image and censored out the name before a mod comes by to kill your thread.

If you want to report others for out of game disruptive behavior, you can submit a ticket. Preferably with screenshots.

Then again, there are lots of people that threaten to troll but don't action on it.
