I just experienced one of the worst matches I have ever played. I was in the middle of a ranked game and had a duo of two trolls enter the rift. From the start they began inting and saying in all chat that I was making fun of their gender, when I said no such thing. Throughout the whole game the continued to int blaming me like I did something. I called out that they were lying but no one (except my botlane) would believe me. They then reported me saying I should be removed from the community. I have now lost 3 matches in a row due to trolls like this. This is very sad for me to see there are people like this in the game, who's only purpose is to ruin the game for others.

I agree with you on that and i know many others have a lot of the exact same experiences.
Yet it seems more often that those who are negatively effected by those players actions are the ones punished rather than the actual person/persons responsible. The one who instead of biting the pillow, tries to salvage some semblance of respect for themselves and for their own skill in the game they love are the ones who are severely punished.

just mute, report and move on, fortunately the IFS system is very good at weeding out false reports, if you play the game and type nothing yet get reported, nothing will happen

Just /fullmute all and get through the game without putting your account in jeopardy.

Alot of folks slip up trying to engage with trolls.

Lmao. On my main account that had been perma-banned since, I was once matched with 4 chinese premades in an ARAM game. From minute 1, they kept running down mid, nothing else, typing in chinese and running down mid. I told them to fuck off for ruining my game, and I was just going AFK, no time to lose. They all were 0/10 by minute 7 and the enemy team refused to push. They threatened to report me and started lying about me calling them dirty chinese etc (the only rude thing I said was asking them to fuck off and wasting my time)

Result ? Chat restriction + leaverbuster. Checked the 4 premades match history, not a single ban of all 4 of them
