How hard it is for new players to start.

Throughout the last two years ive had what like 7 little bursts where i play lol for a couple weeks to try get into it. But all i get is constant shit from my teammates about how bad i am or whatever.

I'm putting in the effort, reading guides watching videos learning items and positioning but I'm still shit at them all with my only rank being silver (3 i think it was?)

It's just so demoralizing to the point i don't want to play the game at all because I can't get better or learn because all i do is get called shit.

If you care about opinions of your teammates, sadly, you won't ever enjoy LoL, unless you play with your friends only or if you are masochist.

find people to play with. they don't have to be very good. just share things you learn, learn together.

you could possibly find someone that has played before but is leveling up a new account.

having a very nice teammate will help you.

How does you gettin' called shit prevent you from learning?

Although, it's true, the new player experience is shit in LoL (the veteran player experience is shit too :D ), just play the game and do not care about your teammates. You can mute anybody you do not lilke.

There's a pretty big learning curve honestly.

Just play bot games till you can beat the intermediate bots easily without abusing stuff like brush tactics/vision.

If you're soft to the point where you're going to get demoralized because people talk crap about you in a video game you're probably not going to want to play video games in a multi-player setting.

Why don't you mute everybody at the start of every match if it bothers you so much ?

Just type /mute all in chat (or something like that I'm not sure), and then mute someone's signals or emotes if they spam it, and you should be fine.

And don't do too much effort, it's a game, not your job, just chill out and try to enjoy it.

Was pretty easy for me. I kind of expect to be flamed in team games though. I came from awesomenauts which is a platformer MOBA, so I knew how it was gonna be. Just ignore anonymous strangers.
