Hi. I just got an email from Riot support saying that I got banned for a week for harassment. I don't even know what I said was that offensive. I did not use any racism or homophobia both in game and private chat. I also have not sent any threats to anyone so I'm very confused on why I got banned. I found this ban to be random. My honor level hasn't dropped. That's what the email said. Please let me know. Thanks.
sounds like a fake email since the minimum ban time is 2 weeks and not being banned in game further proves it's fake
There are no week-long bans. Does a reform card display when you log in? Are you able to queue up for a game? If you are, then this e-mail is horseshit. Change your password.
I'd contact Riot via a Support ticket or message them on Twitter.
I've never heard of this happening before, specifically being banned 1-week and it not affecting your honor.
Unusual. Could you try logging in and showing us what that says.
Just send a support ticket at the official riot support site and wait for their answer I've NEVER seen someone get a 1 week ban, especially with no chat logs or anything. And even with 14 day bans you're still able to log into your account and see the chat logs there
