I believe it should be Zero Tolerance and have the same punishments as saying everything on that list.
Way more offensive than anything on that list, imo.
It's unsportsmanlike but if that's all you say then you won't get in trouble. If you say it alongside other problematic behavior (not necessarily just chat related) then it can be one of the things that leads you to getting in trouble. If you ask me though I would just forego the usage of the phrase altogether, as there's really no reason to say it other than to rub it into your opponents faces alongside their defeat.
one line of chat isn't going to result in a punishment (unless it's hate speech). if you say gg ez, git gud, and like 15 other negative things, then you will get a chat restriction though.
“GG EZ” is a phrase for achievement
“Git Gud” (I never use it cus it’s not good) is a phrase of a prideful lunatic.
