8 out of every 10 games I have played it has been toxic. This league player base is worse than Xbox 360 chat rooms. I submit reports and tickets every game and don't get any instant feed backs or the tickets just say solved with nothing after them. I feel the support isn't doing their jobs.
You aren't guaranteed a feedback report and support tickets will not disclose if they punish a player to you.
Solved means they took care of it. They will not get any more specific than that. Specific people's account status isnt really any of your business. So the lack of instant feedback reports means nothing. Its not meant to tell you about a specific punishment. Its meant to remind you every once and a while that reports do get looked at and acted upon (so ive read).
