I'm very certain I'm banned unjustly

Hello fellow summoners, I'm very convinced I am banned unjustly ( 14 days ). I had a few tickets with Riot Support but it seems like besides weak arguments and repeated points, they have nothing constructive to say, so I'll let you, the players decide. Here is the chat log for the game that I was banned for:

For context, Rengar wasn't performing very well early and ignoring ganks, getting arguments with my support player. I then told him to grow up because he definitely said something stupid. Late game, Nasus keeps going in on solo ventures and blaming me, I only told him "homeboy I ain't your scapegoat" as in "I am not your punching bag, do not blame ME for YOUR actions". I'll even share some stuff that I found absolutely outrageous about this Riot support session.

To sum up my experience with this ticket:

  • The agent claimed that I did not follow Section 4 of the Summoner's Code My response was:
  1. I never agreed to the Summoner's Code because it was never presented to me
  2. It is what we strive to be, not what we are
  3. The only part relevant in the Terms of Use, in which I quoted multiple times: Transmitting or communicating any content which, in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot Games, is deemed offensive, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable was not violated. However, the agent keeps on stressing the "objectionable" part. I feel like this is an impossible bullet to dodge that Riot shot at us to easily justify bans.
  4. Even if I did check a tick on the "I agree with its terms and conditions" tickbox, I did not violate Section 4, which states "Never Give Up Intentionally and don't quit the fight" (https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/). I did NOT throw, I only initiated a surrender vote and told my team to to vote yes because we haven't won a fight in 5 minutes. The agent keeps insisting that the Summoner's Code is the Terms of Use, albeit they communicate very different messages.

The agent said that by saying "get me out of here", "everyone of them one shots me", "im not being spoon fed as adc", "i even fed this rengar a few kills", fellas vote yes" demoralizes the team. She even said that my response to Nasus typing in all caps blaming me for his 1v3s were "rude-ish".

When I asked the questions to her, she never gave an answer. At least not the correct ones nor ones relevant to the question. She abruptly ended the ticket with: "I'm not really here to argue with you" and "Since there are no other questions, I will now be closing this ticket". I find this extremely rude and disrespectful. If this reflects on Riot, I'd say that they don't give a flying fuck about us players. The mindset "I say A is B therefore A is B" is extremely toxic. And just to be clear, I was not rude to her in any way. I admit I was even being a sly little bastard by complementing her professionalism to increase the likelihood of me getting unbanned xd. tl;dr: banned very unjustly due to what was being said in the chat log, support unhelpful.

Edit: forgot to mention, Morde was the other player who was another man-child. He gave me shit for me telling him "skill champ" and "he's so fucking forgiving" after him failing to ult me x2 and still get it off in a span of 2 seconds. The only players that reported me are the mentioned raging Nasus and this Mordekaiser whom I didn't even speak to for the entire game besides those 2 lines.

Well, you did agree to the Summoner's Code, as it is presented by reference in the Terms of Use, which you agree to each time the client updates (and when you created your account).

And you miss an important part - in the sole and exclusive discretion of Riot. You don't get to decide the rules, Riot does. Riot has decided that arguing, insulting, flaming teammates, and making rape jokes are against the rules. It's really not that hard.

This is why I don't express myself via chat anymore. In game I try my best to never talk but I admit I do have some moments where after bottling up enough rage I feel like I have to lash out. But for the most part I don't speak in league chat because that's the easiest way to get punished. If it gets really hard, I resort to muting all chat and pings because it does help most of the time. Some of the things you said despite whether it was ban worthy, whether it targeted negatively directly at others or whether it was just negative and brings down teammates, is technically bad by the code of the summoner. Believe me I don't agree with it and I've seen some people say worse things and get away with it, but yeah I'd recommend just not being expressive in chat anymore because like I said, it is the number 1 way to get punished. Riot doesn't give a shit about context of what happened, if you say a single line like "you suck" or "get me out" then your ass is getting punished if you had been reported several times in the past.

While i agree you deserve a punishment as i had gotten some in the past, i believe bans are very unfair and the system that leads up to them is very, very bad. Way too strict and harsh, and it needs more focus on inters and trollers.

You've obviously broken the rules. Maybe you need some sleep if you cant see that. Lack of sleep tends to affect judgement. (I only say this because you mention being "up since last night" implying a lackof sleep)

The punishment tiers go 10 game chat restrict, 25 game CR, 14 day suspension, permaban. Stop harassing players (your jungle) and you will be fine. No insults, no callingfor reports, no arguing in the middle of games, no griefing, no hopeless "were gonna lose" sad bullshit. Stop that shit and you will work back towards the first tier. If you dont, the next punishment will be a permanent ban.

Naw but seriously if this is all then you got a raw deal. You come off as kind of annoying in the game but that's hardly worth a ban or even a chat restriction IMO. However you clearly have a history so the system tends to be more strict in those scenarios. I just wouldn't use chat for a long time if you decide to continue playing on this account once unbanned. "Restrict" yourself for 6 months and focus on just playing the game. Good luck.
