Shouldn't this Gangplank be banned?

So I was in a game with my friend, we were duo bot lane. This warwick jungle who was feeding was being flamed by a gangplank for being "stupid why aren't you ganking my lane then i wont take your farm". He keeps roaming to my lane, taking all my farm even though im alrdy behind, and taking all the kills. I'm not even mad that he takes all i the kills. So i typed in chat "Can you stop taking my farm" and he said "Your garbage i need to clean up". Then i typed "kys" and i got banned. Honestly how does he not get banned for flaming me and this warwick through out this whole game yet all i typed was "kys" and i get banned. Wow riot, nice system you got there. Update my friend got a message that the Gangplank was banned 8/16/2018

Eh one of the trigger words that got you banned... and the guy wasn't as toxic for the system to detect it.

Firstly, it's not exactly up for the community to "vote" if one would be banned or not. There's already a team of specially assigned and perfectly capable people of determining if he's breaking a rule.

Secondly, what rule would that Gangplank even break? Taking kills or minion farm post-laning isn't a banable offense, it's called clear-pushing. The reason why you got banned was because you actually did break a rule, because telling somebody to kill themselves over a videogame is not a nice thing to say, in any form or way.
