Reporting when your client crashes

I occasionally have this problem where I get to the end of game screen, and I really want to report someone. They were an ass-hat and ruined a game for generally pleasant league players, which, I might add, are difficult to find. Except when I go to report them, my client crashes. It's almost worse than losing the game, because random jerk F doesn't even get reported. Now they can go on to ruin everyone else's day with no reprisal. Anyone else feel there should be a way to give feedback after your end of game screen closes? I don't care if it's got a time limit or whatever, you should be able to do that. Sometimes I accidentally close the screen before I give out a teamwork or something too, but mostly I just feel that if someone was really toxic you should have the chance to say something about it.
