Unjust Perma Ban

Hello riot games. I feel as though I have received an unjust perma ban. I tried to get live help on the support webpage but I am unfamiliar with it and do not understand how to get live assistance. I had a 2 week ban before and realized that I was toxic and in the wrong. Just recently however, I got permabanned and I feel as though it was unjust. There was an amumu in the game who was very very toxic to me and others on my team. I did not say anything toxic back, however the stuff I said had been taken out of context. I simply quoted Amumu into all chat so that the enemy team would know how toxic he was and that they would report him too. I am assuming that the amumu reported me out of anger for exposing him, and the system took my quotes of him out of context and thinks I said it. Please help me out. I really feel as though i did not deserve this ban. Thanks for reading and trying to help.

Post logs And asking for someone to report someone else is reportable 'cause that's just unnecessary toxicity On the 14 day ban report card it CLEARLY said that the next offence will lead to a permanent ban and your account is on VERY thin ice after that

Also, remove the amumu's summoner name 'cause naming and shaming isn't allowed

Post chat logs you are on trial not the other party.

If you were just quoting them, I have seen punishments lowered for that. Your only recourse is through their support. Keep filing tickets once your current one is closed. Just keep trying until you get the right generous support person. Its not guaranteed, but I've seen it before. Of course, this is assuming youre being completely honest.
