Getting Harassed Every Game
Almost every game there's been someone toxic or flaming me or my team and I'm scared to get restricted because of them and their reports what can I do?

Regardless of the number of reports you get, if you aren't doing anything wrong you won't be restricted. :)
That being said, just make sure you don't respond in kind if someone's being toxic or flaming you. If you see that stuff take note and report it after the game, mute the player if it's particularly obnoxious.
you have a winrate of 34%(somehow you were gold in s4) you have less than 40 ranked games and somehow riot thinks your base mmr schould be 1200 and put u in silver 3 while in fact you have 0 ranked experience feed and ruin the games for ppl i totally get why they flame you you shouldnt be in their games i had 2 of you in my promos in silver my adc and support together had 30 ranked played adc had the lowest dps of all 10 player as long as riot thinks putting new player on 1200mmr you will get flamed anf for a reason you just ruin games http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/51149140 his lolkng as expected he drops like a rock
