Riot ban system is so cruel it goes from a 14-day ban to a perma BAN !! Is it even fair ? why riot is the only game that uses perma ban ?? Dota 2 don't use perma ban Blizzard don't use perma ban... So lets talk about the results of such a system.. Lol have the worst and most toxic players more than any other game especially that server called eune.. I can now enter a 5 games and take a screenshot of at least 5 toxic flamer players thats a 25% at least... can't you make it 30-day even 1-year ban !!!! this punishment is absurd and you say the perma banned players is from the 0.006% players LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL that is so absurd... It gives you a very clear warning when you get a 14-day ban that your next punishment will be a permanent ban. If I see a sign saying theft will result in permanent removal from a store, I don't then go in and steal and complain that the punishment isn't fair.

Do you have any proof that a more tolerant punishment system encourages better behaviour? Does lowering speeding fines decrease speeding?

No permaban isn't harsh. What other business do is their own.

Because when you came to this game on agreed terms before you even downloaded this game. Just like any other policy, you're here to prove you want to be here and play and abide by the rules they set out for you. If you don't, then why play in the first place? If you're not going to agree or follow the policy, then you don't respect the game enough to be playing in the first place.

They get permabanned because the community nor Riot wants anything to do with them. Period. It's their choice to come back and create another account, but regardless of how many accounts you create, you'll always come playing this game on agreed terms.

Riot is not the only game to use permanent bans, and in fact they make explicitly clear during your 14 day ban that your next offense will result in a permanent ban.

I get that you may feel you are just behaving like everyone else, but toxicity is in the minority - most players don't get punished again after one chat restriction, much less getting permanently banned, which requires consistent toxicity over many games.

the point on blizzard not doing it is because atleast for WoW, you pay money to play. they would like you to keep paying money and not leave but they have to punish you so your point there is completely out of line also they do use perma ban im pretty sure soooo. also if you need to be reported enough to get a 14 DAY BAN and you keep doing what your were doing you deserve a perma ban. try not being toxic

Not sure where you get the idea that blizzard doesn't ban.

well isn't bans why people buy accounts? why don't they block their IP from joining matches(any new account created not able to connect to queues) for a time [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
