can we report them so they can take this game more seriously because every palyer who feed they always says oh its just a game or oh its flex rank or its normal. that cant be excuse. its either that player r fuking sht or first time whatever, my point is i want riot to do somthing with this type of player who dont take it seriously in rank and saying flamer or toxic to player who says ' stop feeding' riot do some work

Every time someone has a good game, there is going to be someone else on the other team who will have a bad game. That's the nature of winner and loser. They go hand in hand. Being bad at the game will never be punishable. Telling them to "stop feeding" does nothing to help them.

Nobody is forced to "take it seriously" in ranked any more than they are in normals. Period.

You do not have the right to flame someone by telling them "stop feeding", no matter how well your performance is. You may offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism such as "please sit under turret so you do not die anymore". You cannot flame them.

No other player is forced to listen to you, and they are certainly correct that you're being toxic if you flame them.

You can report them for anything you want. All a report does is to flag the system to review the game of the reported category.

The review can return "no toxicity found", "need or information", "toxicity found" or anything in between. It's the same for 1 report or 9 reports. More reports won't change the answer of the system or make it any likelier someone gets punished.
