Earlier I played a game with a Nunu on my team. He called the enemies f%%%%ts 3 times, so I obviously made sure I reported him after the game.
As I was awaiting my instant feedback report saying he got banned, I realized it was not coming.
Does this mean he didn't get banned? ;-;
When a punishment is applied there are many things that would prevent you from receiving a notification.
Not all report categories generate notifications.
When a punishment is issued from a category that generates notifications, it doesn't always generate a notification. The rate of notifications being sent seems to be fairly low.
So for the worst offenders more people will report and more report categories will be checked. That makes notifications for horrible behavior less likely to be received.
