Just don't get drunk in general. Don't drink in general. Destroy your health, your money and probably your safety over 2 hours of having fun, when you can have fun without it.

Damn, so sorry to hear this, I've been playing for awhile now, since around s2/s3. I just got permabanned too. It sucks and there's nothing we can do about it. Have you tried to submit a ticket to riot? (Doubt it'd work anyway, since they rarely, and I mean rarely lift the ban on toxic people.)
I just don't say much in game lol.
Being drunk isn't an excuse to be toxic.
Last time I played on my account was this friday... And that was the day I got my perma-ban
